DOMINIQUE JARDIN was born in Vienna, Austria and raised in New York. Influenced by her mother’s taste for `80s music, DOMINIQUE was raised on Disco and Dance! She startet playing R&B and Soulparties in New York, and the crowd got really into her sound while her fan base steadily grew.
Upon returning back to Europe, DOMINIQUE focused on singing and dancing, but she felt like something’s missing and soon returned to the turntables.
In 2006 DOMINIQUE has turned on the worldwide beloved house music. One of the main ingredients to DOMINIQUE’s rapid rise to the top is her energy and enthusiasm behind the turntables “I was always an entertainer and I love to go crazy during my sets! People must think I’m out of control…and yes, I am!!!”
DOMINIQUE’s ability to adapt to any environment she is in, is simply amazing.
Her positive energy jumps directly on to the dance floor and goes straight into people’s minds and hearts.
She says “It’s not only the music, it’s the attitude, the looks! The combination of everything is what I need to accomplish!”
DOMINIQUE is convinced that dance music becomes bigger and bigger, even in the US! “Everybody loves a good kick, nice drums and a killer bass-line!” 2011 started out remarkably for DOMINIQUE. She already got to play at the best nightclubs in Austria, Germany, Turkey, Hungary, Sweden, Norway, Italy, Spain, France and Denmark and she admits “All of this would have never been possible without the help and support from friends and people who really believe in me!” With her new smash hit „The Rhythm of the Night“, DOMINIQUE has managed to get the old production team POF out of seclusion! Driven and powered by young producer Adam Thomas the team is putting out a strong Dance Anthem for this summer! Mixed by Rob Chiarelli in L.A. the song received the fat touch up it deserves!
