The stunning Italian dj & producer Alex Kenji with over 100.000 likes on facebook and one of the Hotfingers label owner returns on Tiger records with his fantastic summer anthem Channels. You guessed it right that we deal with another Ibiza Weapon guaranteed. The track is along the lines of Alex superb deep tech house tradition that actually take us back to the roots of great house music. Its retro and very current at the same time with deep techy basslines, pumping drums and classic acid house influenced melody that sounds like coming from the 90's.
The old school vocal samples work perfectly to bring that "house is a feeling" kind of atmosphere. Particularly the warm breakdown with the nice hair raising synths and the singing "Rocking Music" vocal sample does the difference and uplift the crowd straight away.
