WHAT SO NOT FEAT. LPX "Better"

What So Not returns with ‘Better’, his first original song of 2017, this time teaming up with LPX the solo moniker of Lizzy Plapinger, of American duo MS MR, Neon Gold Records co-founder and VEVO host. ‘Better’ was debuted live at Coachella during What So Not's closing set in the Gobi stage, and since then fans have been salivating for the track. The last year has shaped up to be one of the most significant periods in What So Not’s career; from the release of his debut solo EP ‘Divide & Conquer’ along with the stellar remix pack, to the huge collaboration with Skrillex & RL Grime on ‘Waiting’, becoming the most played song on triple j in December. Receiving further support from BBC Radio 1, Billboard, Mixmag and Dancing Astronaut, the Sydney based producer now boasts over 450 million collective online streams, but it is time once again for Emoh to turn his focus towards the next era of music. In August, What So Not released a first class remix for Albanian pop star Era Istrefi on her follow up hit ‘Redrum’. What So Not has had a big year of touring with headline performances around the world including stops at Coachella, Hard Music Festival, SW4, Pukkelpop and too many more festivals to include. Soon to be back in Australia, Emoh will be co-headlining Listen Out festival in Melbourne, Perth, Sydney and Brisbane throughout September, The Grass Is Greener in Cairns, and Spilt Milk in Canberra early November. Whilst stateside, What So Not has just announced a seven date tour with US trap master Baauer – a B2B made in bass heaven. After coming off the road with MS MR a year ago the newly solo LPX, released two critically acclaimed singles, ‘Tremble’ and ‘Tightrope’ and performed a string of sold out performances across the United States. This fall LPX will be supporting heavyweights Haim and RAC across North American on separate tours.
